Emergency Exit Schemes. Emergency Exit Scheme is near the door of each room. Room location, emergency ways and exits are marked on the scheme.

Gift cards. You can purchase gift cards at the reception desk.

Restaurant. Restaurant is located in the Sila villa. Working hours: m: 8-20, t-th: 8-21, fr-sat: 8-22, sun: 8-20.

Laundry. Laundry services are available on the working days. The clothes should be put before 10 a.m., and they will be washed and returned at the same day at 5 p.m. Price list and laundry bag are in Your wardrobe.

Safe. Leave your valuables and documents for safekeeping at the reception desk. The administration of the villa is not responsible for your personal things left in the room.

Fire safety rules:

When you dwell in the villa, determine where you are, please read the evacuation plan, make a mental map of the nearest exits to your room.

Remember!

• It is not allowed to burn candles in the room
• Do not use your own electric heating devices
• Leaving the room turn off the light and electric devices
• do not cover the electric devices
• If you notice the danger of fire emerging - immediately inform the reception staff
• If you hear the signal of fire alarm, immediately leave your room and go to the exit

How to act in case of fire!

In case of fire in your room:

• Immediately report the incident to the reception staff and fire department on the phone "112"
• Try to eliminate the primary means of fire extinguishing, if it is not possible, leave the room nad close the door
• Leave the area and proceed as directed by the administration or fire protection
• If you cannot leave the dangerous area, remain in the room, close the door and open the windows, inform others about your location

In case of fire out of your room:

• Immediately report the incident to the reception staff and fire department on the phone "112".
• Leave the dangerous area.
• If you cannot leave the dangerous area, inform others about your location and shout for help.
• If it is possible remain on the balcony and close the door to the room.
• Emergency exit plans are situated in all the rooms near the door, as well as on each floor. Fire extinguishers are located in the specially designated areas.

Security. The resort is equipped with video cameras for security purposes.

Check-out. Check-out time is 12 a.m. If you need to stay longer, please contact our reception staff. When checking out from the villa, please return the keys.

Children. In case a baby bed is needed, please contact our reception staff. We offer the baby bed for free.

Pets. Please inform our reception staff that you are travelling with a pet. We allow to stay with small pets only in the villa. Extra charge according to the price list will be added to your bill.

Additional services. In case needed, we provide additional pillows, blankets, bathrobes, tea kettle, iron and ironing board. Please contact our reception staff for more information.

Breakfast. Breakfast is available from 9:00 a.m. till 11:00 a.m. at the restaurant. To enjoy your breakfast without hurrying, inform the reception staff about your preferable breakfast time. If you want to order breakfast in room, please inform the reception staff. Breakfast in room - 10€.

Internet. The rooms, villas and resort premises are equipped with free Wi-Fi.

Information. Information leaflets about different offers and services outside of the resort can be get at the reception desk. It is also possible to purchase Silene Resort & SPA souvenirs at the reception desk.

Conferences and workshops. We offer conference hall for meetings and workshops - 78 m2, 51,5 m2, 65,2 m2. Please contact our reception staff for more detailed information.

Key. Never leave your room unlocked. Leave your key at the reception desk while leaving the villa.
